If you have sent Selene Finance LP (“Selene”) a verified request to provide certain information pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), Civil Code Section 1798.105, please be advised of the following: Selene Finance LP only collects information in connection with your mortgage account that is covered under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”). This type of information is exempt from the requirements of the CCPA. Additionally, Selene Finance LP’s accounts are maintained in accordance with GLBA and other federal requirements which require that Selene Finance LP retain such information for a specified period of time. Therefore, Selene Finance LP cannot honor any requests for deletion of such information at this time.
